Appearance Ease of Installation Price/Value Quality Steps and overide switch are working great, the steps retract and open with a solid clunk - kind of like main landing gear or flaps on a 737! Like the way the steps look when stowed against the body. The kick panel's easy to remove after accessing two 10mm sockets and removing the plastic sill plate first, but had to watch a YouTube video to figure that out. 2) Plan on removing the driver's dead pedal and left kick panel - the posi-taps for the wiring are small and an ergo challenge to install while upside down under the dashboard (thought about pulling the driver's seat to get more room), and I managed to drop one posi-tap behind the dead pedal/kick panel, even after seeing Alex's warning in the video. Aligning the motors with the rear linkage assy was tougher the second time but the alignment turned out great. 1) Follow the torqueing sequence on the step and brackets - I got to remove the steps, motors, brackets and repeat the sequence to ensure the steps aligned with the body when stowed. The instructions say it should be done by an expert mechanic (I'm not!), but I got it done with a couple lessons learned.
